Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

LeCryptio provides infrastructure for merchants to accept USDT payments (currently TRC-20 and ERC-20) via hosted checkout pages, API and webhooks. We are not a bank, exchange or investment service.

You are responsible for:

• All activity under your account and stores
• Using the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Configuring your stores, webhooks and integrations correctly
• Any relationships and agreements between you and your customers

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Merchant responsibilities

As a merchant, you are solely responsible for:

• The products and services you sell, including their legality, quality, delivery and customer support.
• Setting and communicating prices, refunds and commercial conditions to your customers.
• Complying with tax, accounting and reporting obligations in your jurisdiction.

LeCryptio only provides payment infrastructure and does not act as your agent, reseller or partner of record.

4. Personal wallet and internal balances

LeCryptio may provide a personal wallet feature and internal merchant balances inside the platform. These balances reflect crypto funds that were received to wallets controlled by LeCryptio on your behalf.

Internal transfers and one-click payments from personal wallets to invoices within the LeCryptio ecosystem are off-chain operations inside our system. Blockchain transactions occur when funds are moved to or from external wallets.

5. Prohibited activities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or high-risk activities, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering, terrorism financing or sanctions evasion
• Fraud, scams, phishing or deceptive practices
• Sale of illegal goods, stolen data or prohibited services
• Activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities, and may cooperate with relevant authorities where legally required.

6. Fees

LeCryptio currently charges 0% platform fee on incoming payments, but network fees on the underlying blockchains (for example TRON or Ethereum gas fees) still apply.

We may introduce or change fees in the future. Any changes will be communicated in advance via the dashboard or website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute your acceptance.

7. Refunds and customer disputes

Blockchain payments are generally irreversible. LeCryptio does not handle customer chargebacks or refunds on your behalf.

Any refunds, partial refunds or goodwill credits are your exclusive responsibility as a merchant. LeCryptio does not become a party to disputes between you and your customers.

8. API access and security

If you use our API, you are responsible for securely storing and using your API keys (sk_* / pk_*) and signing secrets. You must not share them publicly or embed them in client-side code.

You are responsible for any actions performed using your keys. We may impose rate limits, revoke API keys or block access if we detect abuse, instability or security issues.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeCryptio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or pose a security or compliance risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain data may continue to be stored for security, audit or legal reasons.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will indicate the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
