Refund Policy

1. Blockchain transactions are final

Payments made in USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20 are recorded on public blockchains. Once confirmed, these transactions cannot be reversed by LeCryptio or by the sender’s wallet.

2. Responsibility of merchants

LeCryptio provides payment infrastructure only. We are not a party to the transaction between merchants and their customers.

Any refunds, partial refunds, replacements or goodwill credits are the exclusive responsibility of the merchant. Merchants should clearly communicate their own refund policies to their customers.

3. Internal corrections and adjustments

In rare cases (e.g., technical errors in invoice creation or duplicate processing inside the platform), we may adjust internal balances for affected accounts.

Such corrections are discretionary and do not create an obligation for LeCryptio to compensate for market fluctuations, incorrect addresses or wrong amounts provided by merchants or customers.

4. Wrong address or network

If a customer sends funds to an incorrect address, wrong network or incompatible asset, the funds may be permanently lost. LeCryptio cannot guarantee recovery in these cases.

Merchants are responsible for clearly communicating correct payment details to customers.
